How to prepare a bit of seasonal dessert when you’re a bit in a hurry when you’ve forgotten the spoon biscuits provided for the strawberry tiramisu initially planned? Well, we improvise, and we don’t get discouraged.

The spoon biscuit is a mixture of flour, eggs, and icing sugar poached and cooked in an individual version. I simplified the recipe by using the cookie dough that I use for my rolls, and that I will cook in one piece, then cut rounds with a cookie cutter, strawberry style.
