A few words about this main dish recipe
A good lamb, quality meat taken from my butcher, cooked for several hours for a good result at low temperature. A melting and tasty meat flavored with savory. To accompany it, beautiful little turnips, large round radishes, pretty carrot tops, and a few fresh and dried morels.
