A recipe from Laurent Mariotte to accompany the barbecue of summer: the primary potatoes in garlic and tomato casserole. I found primeur potatoes of Noirmoutier, and I thought they would be perfect, and that was the case. My potato casserole perfectly accompanied a piece of grilled beef on the barbecue, and I accompanied everything with a small green salad.
